drawn by pen is the trade name under which the pen plotter works on this site are created.

Use of the site

This site presents the studio’s works and gives access to our own tools, such as DBP Lab and the portrait lab. Nothing is sold through it. Using it means accepting this legal notice.

Intellectual property

The works, photos, videos, texts, code and design of this site belong to the studio or are used with permission. You may share links and screenshots crediting the source, but you may not reproduce, sell or use them commercially without our written consent.

Acquiring a work gives you ownership of the physical piece, not the right to reproduce the design.

Liability

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain occasional mistakes, which we will fix as soon as we notice them. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from here.

Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
